AMARILLO -- Emma Dona Kane, 82, of Odessa died Wednesday, April 29, 1998, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Llano cemetery. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home.

She was born in Prairie View, Ark.

Survivors: Son, Charles Michael Kane of Longview; daughters, Brenda Sue Story of Odessa, Doris Melissa Page of Wichita, Kan.; brothers, T.M. Jones of Elmore City, Okla.; sisters, Audra Johnson of Pine Bluff, Ark., Winnie Berry of Muleshoe, and Ruby West of Elmore City, Okla.

Lula Lewers

SWEETWATER -- Lula Viola Lewers, 86, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, May, 1998, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sweetwater cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home.

She was born in Port Lavaca and lived in Sweetwater before moving to Odessa. She was Baptist.

Survivors: Daughters, Juan Dean Graham and Marjorie L. Lewers, both of Odessa; sons, Phillip R. Lewers of Ruskin, Fla., and Bennie Carl Lewers of Odessa; sisters, Sylvia Sandlin of Odessa, and Essie Waldhauser of Roby; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Mark Munsell

DUBLIN -- Mark Munsell, 88, of Stephenville, a rancher, died Friday, May 1, 1998, at Mulberry Manor Nursing Home in Stephenville.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Harrell Memorial Chapel with the Revs. Ronnie Calcote and Earl Baugh officiating. Burial will be at Pecan cemetery. Arrangements by Harrell Funeral Home.

He was born in Richland Springs and lived most of his life in Colorado. He was Baptist.

Survivors: Sons, James Gail Munsell of Carlton, Kenneth Ray Munsell of Andrews, Bobby Dean Munsell of Knox City, Freddy Joe Munsell of Odessa; daughter, Judy Sue Littleton of Stephenville; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Doris Cordero

TRACY, Calif. -- Doris Jane Cordero, 60, of Tracy, Calif., a sales representative for McWhorter's Stationary, died Saturday, April 25, 1998, at Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek, Calif.

Private services will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. May 9 at 868 Williams St. Arrangements by Oak Park Hills Chapel in Walnut Creek, Calif.

She was born Albuquerque, N.M., and moved to Tracy six years ago from Livermore, Calif.

Survivors: Daughters, Loretta Gill of San Leandro, Calif., Dorothy Soldati of Castro Valley, Calif.; sons, Allen Stewart of Modesto, Calif., Roger Stewart of River Pines, Calif.; and seven grandchildren.

Mary Dunlap

TEAGUE -- Mary E. Dunlap, 49, of Teague, a trainer at Mexia State School, died Tuesday, April 21, 1998, at Mexia.

Services were held April 25, 1998, at Eighth Avenue Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary house officiating. Burial was at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements by Ricks Funeral Home in Teague.

She was born in El Paso.

Survivors: Mother, Thelka McLeod of Teague; husband, Marshall Dunlap of Teague; daughter, Tynia Sparks of West; sons, Trever Dunlap of Teague, Troye Dunlap of Conroe; brother, Wilfred McLeod of Odessa; sisters, Frances Livingston of El Paso, Loraine Rose of Dallas, Barbara Trexler of Teague; and one grandchild.

Geneva Graves

FORT STOCKTON -- Geneva Gladys Graves, 90, of Fort Stockton, a homemaker, died Wednesday, April 29, 1998, in Fort Stockton.

Graveside services will be held at 5 p.m. today at East Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.

She was born in Aurora, Mo., and had lived in Fort Stockton for two months after moving from Presidio. She was a Protestant.

Survivors: Daughter, Colleen Welch of Odessa; sister, Hellen Rathky of Belleville, Ill.; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Wade Gunter

ODESSA -- Wade Gunter, 74, of Odessa, former owner and operator of Western Trailer Sales, died Wednesday, April 29, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial Gardens withe the Rev. Robert Fletcher officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

He was born in Merkel and moved to Odessa in 1942 from Merkel.

Survivors: Son, Marion Wade Gunter Jr. of Odessa; daughter, Darlene Leadingham of Odessa; ten grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Robert Lenford

ODESSA -- Robert Lenford Sr., 68, of Odessa, a retired employee of Jack Arledge Automotive, died Monday, April 27, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will held at 1 p.m. today at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church with the Rev. J.W. Hanson officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

He was born in Anadarko, Okla. He was a Baptist.

Survivors: Wife, Dorothy Lenford of Odessa; son, Robert Lenford Jr. of Raleigh, N.C.; brothers, Harold Lenford of Los Angeles, Carl Lenford of Bryant, Billy Lenford of Houston; sisters, Jackie Beans of Ralls, Ocie Perry of Paris, Texas, and Faye Lenford of Los Angeles.

Ruby Reed

ODESSA -- Ruby Reed, 75, of Odessa, a retired licensed vocational nurse, died Wednesday, April 29, 1998.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. David Henry officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

She was born in Shackleford County.

Survivors: Husband, William Loyd Reed of Odessa; daughters, Gail Taylor and Linda Elrod, both of Odessa; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Pauline Barron

ANDREWS -- Pauline Barron, 92, of Andrews died Thursday, April 30, 1998, at Permian General Hospital.

ALBANY -- Margaret Childers Fitzpatrick Jones, 73, of Albany, a retired beautician, died Tuesday, April 28, 1998, in an Abilene hospital.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. today at Friendship Baptist Church with the Bruce Stovall officiating. Burial will be at Johnson cemetery in Moran. Arrangements by Godfrey-Neese Funeral Homes Inc.

She was born in Deep Creek.

Survivors: Daughters, Darlene Davis and Sherry Enloe, both of Albany; brother, Glen Childers of Georgetown; sisters, Anna Lee Leech and Treby Fielder, both of Albany; seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
