Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Agnes Catholic Church with the Rev. Floro Hinacay officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at the church. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic cemetery.
He was born in Terlingua.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Margarita Muniz of Fort Stockton; sons, Jose Lopez of San Angelo and Felipe Muniz Jr. and Frankie Muniz, both of Fort Stockton; daughters, Maribel Muniz, Celia Moya and Leticia Rodriguez, all of Fort Stockton; brothers, Joel Muniz, Merced Muniz, Cruz Muniz and Juan Muniz, all of Alpine, Pablo Muniz of Artesia, N.M., and Celestino Muniz of Plainview; sisters, Felicita Guarderama of Fort Worth, Preciliana Mancha of Albuquerque, N.M., and Esequiela Arispe of Alpine; 17 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
