LUBBOCK — Yates Marlin Lindsey, 1 month old, of Seminole, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004, in Seminole.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church with the Revs. Lisa Neslony and Derral Evins officiating. Graveside services will be at 6 p.m. at Gaines County cemetery South in Seminole. Arrangements are by Boyer Funeral Home of Seminole.
He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Dirk and Tara Lindsey of Seminole; grandparents, Ingrid and Bill Lindsey of DeLeon, Donna Hunt of Keller and Norman Lutz of Richland Hills; and great-grandparents, Gloria Maria Whittaker of North Richland Hills and Cliff Lutz of Bedford.

ODESSA — Raymond Lee “Tub” Muncrief, 49, owner of Muncrief Automotive, died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004, at McCamey Hospital.
No services have been scheduled at this time. Arrangements are by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Carlsbad, N.M.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Christy Muncrief and Megan Muncrief, both of San Antonio and Lisa Nesbit of Carlsbad; parents, Sonny and Rea Muncrief of Carlsbad; brother, Rex Muncrief of Las Cruces, N.M; sister, Marilla Denny of Carlsbad; and one grandchild.

Bobby Shields
ODESSA — Bobby James Shields, 66, of Odessa, a retired electrician for TU Electric and semi tractor-trailer driver instructor, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at his residence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Martinez Funeral Home with the Rev. William “Bill” Tatum officiating. Burial will be at Ector County cemetery. Arrangements are by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Knox City. He served in the Marines.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Mildred Shields; sons, Richard Cornish of San Jose, Calif., Victor Tyrone Nrals of Lubbock and Bobby James Johnson Jr. of Houston; daughter, DeShana Dean Williams of Odessa; brothers, Lee Edwards Shields, Victor Shields, Terry Shields and Jerry Shields, all of Munday, Floyd L. Shields of Abilene and Willie James Shields of Rosebud; sisters, Patricia Lenford and Evelyn Burditt, both of Odessa, Mary Barnes of Wichita Falls, Norma Spells of Abilene, Bonnie Joyce Devers of Munday, Linda Hill and Vickie Shields, both of Phoenix, Bernice Adams of San Antonio and Lola Wright of Stamford.

MARLIN — Levora B. Young Smith, 70, of Marlin, past owner and operator of the Busy Bee Beauty Shop in Odessa, died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2004, at her residence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul A.M.E. Church.
She was born in Leander.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Lauretta “Laura” Smith and Arlene Brown Johnson, both of Marlin; sisters, Juanita Black of Odessa, Laura E. Jenkins of Missouri City and Bernice J. Harris of Waco; brothers, Aaron D. Young of Houston, George Young of Fort Worth and Willie E. Young of Waco; and five grandchildren.

FORT STOCKTON - Anna Kathryn “Katy” Groves Williams, 87, of Fort Stockton, a homemaker, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2004, at her residence.
Memorial services and burial will be at a later date at Greenwood cemetery in Fort Worth. Arrangements are by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
She was born in Richmond, Ky.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Sallie Williams of La Grande, Ore.; son, John Collier of La Grande; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

KERMIT — Sandra Diane “Sandy” Warbois, 53, of Kermit, a proof operator in banking, died Sunday, Aug. 29, 2004, in Kermit.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. today at Belvue Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Campbell officiating. Arrangements are by Family Services Funeral Parlor.
She was born in Cleveland.

He was born in Durant, Okla. He was a member of the Bible Freewill Baptist Church.

FORT STOCKTON - Vernon W. Holzer, 80, of Fort Stockton, a retired electrician, died Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, in Odessa.

He was born in Russell County, Kan. He was a 49-year resident of Fort Stockton. He was a U.S. Marine veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
