ODESSA — Eley J. “Mutt” Jones, 77, of Odessa, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at the VA Hospital in Big Spring.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Charles Tapley officiating. Services by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
He was born in Comanche County, and was a 30-year veteran of the U.S. Army.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Fannie Jones, of Odessa; daughters, Rebecca Hunter, of Roanoke, Va. and Barbara Jones, of Odessa; son, Jerry Jones, of Odessa; stepdaughter, Kathy Stephens, of Odessa; stepson, Bennie Windham, of Odessa; brothers, Amos Jones, of Fort Worth, and Jake Jones, of Odessa; two grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and five step-great-grandchildren.

Octaviano Lopez Jr.
FORT STOCKTON - Octaviano Lopez Jr., 92, of Ejirdo Piedritas, Mexico, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2004, in Fort Stockton.
Memorial services are 2 p.m. Monday at Templo Triumpho del la Fe in Fort Stockton. Burial will be at East Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
He was born in Ocampo, Mexico.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Teresa Ernal, of Fort Stockton; eight grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.

Clara Zack
FORT WORTH — Clara Zack, 92, of Big Spring, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at Mountain View Lodge in Big Spring.
Memorial services are 10 a.m. Monday at Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park in Fort Worth with Rabbi Ralph Mecklenburger officiating. Arrangements by Nalley-Pickle & Welch of Big Spring.
She was born in Pahuska, Okla.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Susan Lewis, of Big Spring; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Ruth Crawford
GRANDFALLS — Ruth Crawford, 91, of Grandfalls, a retired schoolteacher, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004, at Monahans Managed Care Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church with Bill Cook and Buck Love officiating. Burial will be at Tamarisk cemetery. Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home of Monahans.
She was born in Holly. She was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Pete Crawford of Grandfalls; sons, James P. Crawford of Midland and Travis R. Crawford of El Paso; brother, Pat O’dell of McCary, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

James Cunningham
ODESSA — James Franklin Cunningham, 94, of Odessa, died Friday, Sept. 10, 2004, at his residence.
Graveside services were at 9 a.m. Wednesday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Dick Brown officiating. Arrangements are by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in San Antonio.
SURVIVORS: Sister, Frances Fuller of Odessa.

Juanita Hinojosa
STANTON — Juanita “Janie” Hinojosa, 68, of Stanton, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at a Midland hospital.
Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church with the Rev. Thomas Vempala officiating. Arrangements are by Stanton Memorial Funeral Home and Chapel.
She was born in Presidio. She was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Rita Deatherage and Virginia Hernandez, both of Stanton and Olga Clarke of Freer; sons, Guadalupe Hinojosa Jr., Emilio Hinojosa, Joe Hinojosa and Jerry Hinojosa, all of Stanton, David Hinojosa of Lockney and Jimmy Hinojosa of Midland; sisters, Maria Cruz Hernandez of Colorado Springs, Colo., Herminia Saenz of Odessa, Josephina Ramirez of Stanton, Patsy Cantu of Midland and Carol Stone of Burnett; brothers, Jose Villa of Odessa and Lucio Villa of Houston; 26 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

ANDREWS — Chris McCullough, 18, of Andrews, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Jeff Donnell and Cliff Lightfoot officiating. Burial will be at Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements are by McNett Funeral Home.
He was born in Andrews.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Randy and Brenda McCullough of Andrews; sister, Heather McCullough of Midland; and grandfather, James Shellenberger of Fort Stockton.

Milous Mitchell Sr.
HOUSTON — Milous “Mitch” Eugene Mitchell Sr., 72, of Odessa, a 30-year employee of Johnny’s Barbecue, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, in Veterans Medical Center in Houston.
Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Grimes Funeral Home.
He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Willie Doyce Mitchell of Detroit and Milous Mitchell Jr. of Odessa; daughter, Zoe Denise Garner-Mitchell of Missouri City; stepson, Alphonso Alexander of Garland; stepdaughter, Fannie Alexander of Detroit; sisters, Sarita Washington of Long Beach, Calif., and Florence Sullivan of Dallas; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Michael Bramwell Jr.
ODESSA — Michael Bramwell Jr., 54, of Odessa, a cowboy in the livestock industry, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Home Hospice.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Pagosa Springs, Colo.
He was born in Durango, Colo. He was a Christian.

ODESSA — Bill Joe Coskrey, 75, of Odessa, past owner of B&B Hardware and B&B Auto Parts, died Thursday, Sept. 16, 2004.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Northside Baptist Church with the Rev. Clydel Chapman officiating. Arrangements are by Sunset Funeral Home.
He was born in Gatesville. He served in the Navy.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Barbara Ruth Coskrey; son, Billy Coskrey of Duncan, Okla.; daughter, Karrie Emerson of Odessa; brother, Arch Coskrey of Fort Worth; sister, Deen Bales of Odessa; and five grandchildren.

PRESIDIO — Dorotea B. Jimenez, 89, of Presidio, died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at Big Bend Regional Medical Center in Alpine.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Santa Teresa Catholic Church. Arrangements are by Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in La Hasiendita.

She was born in Rusk.
