He was born April 12, 1928, in Prescott, Ariz. and he grew up in Alpine.

Marvin Putman
ODESSA — Services for Marvin "Wade" Putman, 38, of Odessa are scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday at the Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Fletcher officiating.
Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa.
Mr. Putman died Friday, March 12, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born Sept. 17, 1960, in Louisville, Ky.
Mr. Putman was an electrician in residential construction. He was an excellent guitar player and singer. He also had a very extreme sense of humor and he often shared it with others. Wade’s very best friend, Lori, and his daughter, Becky, though miles away, were always in his heart. His family and friends will miss him. They find comfort in knowing that there is no pain and he is safe in God’s care.
He is survived by his mother, Becky Brewer-Vowell of Odessa, Texas; his very best friend, Lori Alberts of Swayze, Ind.; daughter, Becky Alberts of Swayze, Ind.; brother, Don Eberle and wife, Tracy of Odessa; sister, Deborah Putman Ellis and husband, Gary, of Harlingen; nieces, Traci Ellis of College Station, Christi Ellis of Belton, Texas and Ashley Ellis of Harlingen, Texas, and best friend, Pat Holbrook of Odessa, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Don Eberle, Michael Haney, Bill Wilkins, Fred Wells, Don Dyer and Eldon Blount.

Ronald Clark
ODESSA — Services for Ronald "Ronnie" Ben Clark, 40, of Odessa are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. David Pistone officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Clark died in Rankin, Texas in a motor vehicle accident.
He was born March 21, 1958, in Odessa, Texas and he married
Roxanne Zachary June 3, 1989, in Odessa.
Mr. Clark grew up in the Odessa-Monahans area and worked for Safety International for the past year and one half. He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Ronnie was part of a close knit family and a friend to many people. He was a beloved son, husband, father and uncle, and his sudden death makes the good-byes so much harder. His family takes comfort in knowing that "in an instant" he was in God’s care. Ronnie’s quick wit and warm smile are among the memories to be cherished.
The family is thankful for your caring thoughts and prayers as they adjust to their loss.
He is survived by his wife, Roxanne Clark of Odessa; sons, Jeremy Clark and Andy Taylor of Llano, Texas and Price Taylor of Fredricksburg, Texas; his mother, Laverne Clark of Odessa; his father, Charlie Clark and his wife, Neva, of Monahans, Texas and his in-laws, Bill and La Rue Zachary of Llano, Texas. He is also survived by his brother, Randy Clark and his wife, Lisa, of Monahans; his brother-in-law, Dean Zachary of Llano, Texas; his nieces, Jennifer Rachel La Rue Zachary of Llano, Candy Clark and Sarah Allaniz of Monahans; his nephews, Billy Dean Zachary III of Llano and Ricky Allaniz and Jeffery Lewis, both of Monahans and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

ODESSA — James Frasier, 50, of Odessa died Saturday, March 13, 1999, in Odessa.
He was born Feb. 21, 1949, in Monahans. He was a graduate of Odessa High School and attended college in Beaumont. He married
Margie Kapeller Nov. 21, 1990, in Odessa. He was a machinist, member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Promise Keepers, Permian Basin Disaster Relief Team, and an assistant coach for his daughter’s soccer team.
He is survived by his wife, Margie of Odessa; sons, Timothy and Tony Frasier of Odessa; daughters, Rebekah O. Frasier of Odessa, Staci Cadenhead of Las Vegas, Nev., Christy Jean Graham of Merkel, and Kristina Jean Young of Eddy. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Robert and Mason Young, Tiffany and Jerrad; parents, Marie Raney of Robert Lee and Bob Frasier of Odessa; brothers, Edwin Ray Frasier of Beaumont, Daniel Lynn Frasier of Japan and Robert Raney of Robert Lee; sisters, Tamela Thomas and Dorothy Barton of San Angelo, and Sherri White of Odessa.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, March 15, 1999, at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Troy Stevenson and Brother Dewey Blevins officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
