Charles M. Anglin Sr.
San Angelo - Charles M. Anglin Sr., 73, of San Angelo, passed away Sunday, Jan. 16, 2005, in a local hospital.

Mr. Anglin was born March 4, 1931, in Paducah to George A. and Vida Ann Anglin. He married
Mary Kinsey Oct. 18, 1958, in San Angelo. He was a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Anglin worked for Continental EMSCO for 38 years in McCamey. He served for several years on the McCamey School Board. He was a member of the McCamey Church of Christ and most recently the Southgate Church of Christ in San Angelo. Arrangements by Robert Massie Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by his parents George and Vida Anglin.
Survivors include: his wife Mary Anglin of San Angelo; his five sons, Charles M. Anglin Jr. and wife, Aprile, of Midland, George Harvey Anglin and wife, Laurie, of Nashville, Tenn., Stanley F. Anglin and wife, Wyndie, of Midland, Edmond K. Anglin of San Angelo, and David H. Anglin of Addison; and his five grandchildren, Amber Anglin, Andra Anglin, Jackson Anglin,, all of Midland, and Andrew Anglin and Hallye Anglin, both of Nashville, Tenn.

Alice Charlene Riley Blake
Umatilla, Fla. - Mrs. Alice Charlene Riley Blake, 61, of Grand Island, Fla., passed away Monday, January 17, 2005. Born in Brady, she moved to Grand Island, Fla., from Houston in 2002. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Fifth Street Baptist Church in Levelland.
Survivors include husband, Roger J. Blake of Grand Island, Fla.; sons, Sonny J. Blake of Lakeland, Fla., Roddy Gayle Blake of Eustis, Fla., Robin A. Blake of Odessa, Bobby D. Blake of Grand Island, Fla., and Keith S. Blake of New Caney; brother, William A. ‘Buster’ Riley Jr. of Port Lavaca; and grandchildren, Brandon Blake, Britni Blake, Melissa Blake, Kymberly Blake, Chelsea Blake, Austin Blake, Kimberly Blake and Hunter Blake. Mrs. Blake was predeceased by her brother, Tony Gayle Riley.

Brody Bret Bourland
Abilene - Brody Bret Bourland, 11, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2005, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. today at Highland Church of Christ with Rob Cunningham and Jim Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 542 Hickory.
Brody was the son of Jennifer (Reece) and Bret Bourland, born Aug. 4, 1993, in Abilene, Texas. He was an ‘A’ Honor Roll Student at Franklin Middle School, and was very active in sports, baseball being his favorite. Brody played in the Cedar Creek Little League and on the Bucs Football Team. He also had played basketball. He was a member of Highland Church of Christ in Abilene.
Brody is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Bret Bourland of Abilene; and two brothers, Taylor Hill and Brock Bourland, both of Abilene. Survivors also include his maternal grandparents, Archie and Shirley Reece of Odessa, and paternal grandparents, David and Doan Bourland of Abilene; four aunts, Dawn Bourland and Vickie Ramos of Weatherford, and Carla and Darryl Pradon, Amye and Jim Cotton, and Tiffani and Damian Sanchez, all of Odessa; three uncles, Jay and Scottye Bourland, Jim and Deonna Bourland, and Bart and Amanda Bourland, all of Abilene; and cousins, Denver and Derek Pradon, Jarret and Justen Cotton, Kai Sanchez, John and Miranda Wyatt, Dustin Miller, Danielle Bourland, Lane Peyton, and Logan Bourland. Many friends survive him also.
Pallbearers will be Taylor Hill, Cody Henry, Trevor Martin, Cale Parson, Jeff Williams, and Justin Froid. R. L. Velasco will be an honorary pallbearer.

Frank Rasure
Midland - Frank Rasure, of Midland, passed away Monday, Jan. 17, 2005.
He was born July 6, 1919, to William Lewis Rasure and Maude Ona Kiker Rasure in Dike, Texas. After graduating High School in McAdoo in 1937, Frank went to work in the oil fields. He was the owner operator of Rasure Oil Company until 1990. Frank was presently employed by Eddins-Walcher in sales. On June 8, 1974, he married
Nelda McIntosh. Frank was an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous since 1971. He was a 60-year member of Kermit Lodge, 1258, Past Master 1949; 50-year member of Scottish Rite, El Paso; 50-year member of Suez Shrine Temple, San Angelo and the Petroleum Club of Midland.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
Frank is survived by his wife, of 30 years, Nelda Rasure of Midland; son and daughter-in-law, John and Kathleen Rasure of Shreveport, La.; daughter and son-in-law, Becky and Mark Bozich and their daughter, Katherine, all of Woodlands; son and daughter-in-law, Don and Jodie Rasure and their two children, Kelsie and Korey, all of Midland; special friends, Dean and Cathy Robinson and Lane, of Midland.
Frank’s family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Ashutosh Rastogi and staff of the Allison Cancer Center, to the nurses of the fourth floor Oncology and the wonderful and loving care of Hospice of Midland.
The family will receive friends at Ellis Funeral Home, Thursday, Jan. 20, 2005, between the hours of 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
