Fort Stockton - Elmon Fisher Powell, 84, of Fort Stockton, Texas, passed away Friday, March 4, 2005.
Services were at 2 p.m. Monday, March 7, at Fort Stockton Church of Christ, followed by burial at the East Hill City cemetery with Harold Durham officiating. Arrangements are by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
Fish was born May 9, 1920, in Ozona. He was an Army veteran.

He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; a sister, Lueta Kost of Ozona; sister-in-law, Johnnye Coleman of Birmingham, Ala.; and many nieces and nephews.
