Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Sevier Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Rush Springs cemetery. Arrangements by Sevier Funeral Home. She was born in Bailey, Okla., and had lived in the Chickasha area since 1959. She was Baptist.

MIDLAND -- Joe Abb Neely, 60, of Midland, a retired employee of the Texas Department of Health, died Tuesday in a local hospital.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at the National Guard Armory, 3908 N. Lamesa Road. Funeral arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
He was born in El Paso and moved to Midland in 1985. He was a veteran of the Air Force.

ACHILLE, Okla. -- Walter Raymond Northcutt, 68, a retired oilfield worker and welder, died Monday, June 1, 1998, in Achille, Okla., after a lengthy illness.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. today at Cunningham Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Tushka cemetery in Tushka, Okla. Arrangements by Cunningham Funeral Home.
He was born in Terrell, Okla., and was a resident of Odessa for 23 years. He was an Army veteran. He was Baptist.

He was born in Gouldbusk and moved to Andrews in 1962.
