Dallas Dr. - John P. Hansen, 77, of Swatara, Minn., and Dallas, a former employee of the U.S. Bureau of Mines in Tuscaloosa, Ala., and Minneapolis and was professor emeritus of metallurigical engineering at the University of Alabama, died May 15, 2005, at his residence in Dallas.
Funeral services were held May 19 at United Methodist Church in Hill City with the Rev. David Brown officiating. Burial was in Macville cemetery in Swatara, Minn.
