Odessa - Janet Hood Benton, 84, of Odessa, a 19-year Odessa schoolteacher, died Friday, Nov. 18, 2005, at Chris Country Retirement Home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Byron McWilliams officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. today at Resthaven cemetery in Brady.
She was born in Brownwood. She was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors Daughters, Kayla Mosler and Jennifer McCain, both of Odessa, and Karla Anne Lewis of San Angelo; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Adolfo Gonzales
Odessa - Adolfo Gonzales, 83, of Odessa, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at his residence.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with Ramon Roswell and Robert Gonzales officiating. Private burial will be held at a later date.
He was born in Marfa.
Survivors Daughter, Monica Gonzales of Odessa; brothers, Porfidio Gonzales of California and Rodolfo Gonzales, Ismael Gonzales and Roberto Gonzales, all of Odessa; sisters, Esperanza Castillo of Carlsbad, N.M., and Matalia Gonzales of Odessa; and three grandchildren.

Mary Adna Jones
Odessa - Mary Adna Jones, 84, of Bedford, a retired bookkeeper for Tripp Construction Inc., died Friday, Nov. 18, 2005, in Bedford.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with Max Driggers officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery.
She was born in Celeste. She was a former Odessa resident.
Survivors Son, Terry Kappes of Odessa; daughter, Linda Stigler of Euless; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Lester ‘Mac’ McDonald
Odessa - Lester “Mac” McDonald, 87, of Odessa, a building contractor, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005, at Hospice House.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Rose Hill cemetery with the Rev. Emmitt Barnard officiating. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Bangs. He was a Marine veteran.
Survivors Wife, Elsie McDonald of Odessa; daughter, Carolyn Corzine of Flint; sister, Cleo Westbrook of California; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

James Richard ‘Richie’ Walker
Odessa - James Richard “Richie” Walker, 42, of Odessa, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, in Odessa.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Acres West Funeral Chapel with Roy Jones officiating.
He was born in Knox City.
SURVIVORS: Mother, Violet Walker of Odessa; sisters, Denyce Guyer and Tammy Henderson, both of Odessa.

Eloise Smith Robinson
Odessa - Eloise Smith Robinson, 88, of Odessa, a secretary, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005, at Hospice House.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. today at First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Judye Pistole officiating. Arrangements are by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Elton, La. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Odessa.
Survivors Daughter, the Rev. Nora Fitch of Odessa; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Joanne Delphia Smith
San Angelo - Joanne Delphia Smith, 68, of San Angelo, a homemaker and 20-year employee for Wells National TV at Medical Center Hospital, died Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005, at her residence.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Craig Meyers officiating. Arrangements are by Johnson Funeral Home.
She was born in San Angelo.
Survivors Sons, Ray Smith of Odessa, Blaine Smith of San Angelo and Tim Smith of Mansfield; and three grandchildren.

Odessa - Margaret C. Suchil, 63, of Odessa, died Friday, Nov. 18, 2005, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Doug Hergert officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
She was born in Shafter.

He was born in Camargo Chihuahua, Mexico.

She was born in Fort Stockton.

Odessa - Sherman Cecil Imler Jr., 71, of Odessa, a retired owner and operator of Sherman’s Wrecker’s, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens cemetery. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
He was born in New Enterprise, Penn. He was an Air Force veteran. He was a member of Hi-Way Temple Baptist.
