LEWISVILLE - J.T. “Jake” Bushong, 87, of Lewisville, died Saturday, June 4, 2005, at Medical Center of Lewisville.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the National cemetery in Dallas. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Lewisville.
He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a member and Past Master of the Masonic Lodge, 32nd Degree Scottish Rite and member of the Eastern Star.
