MCCAMEY -- Pascuala Alvarado, 104, of McCamey, a homemaker, died Friday, Feb. 6, 1998, at her residence.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Burial will be at Resthaven cemetery.

Arrangements by Shaffer-Nichols Funeral Home.

She was born in Mexico and moved to McCamey four years ago. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Jose Alvarado of Van Horn and Fermin Alvarado of McCamey; daughters, Juana Garcia of Littlefield, Paula Garcia and Enriqueta Carrasco, both of Midland; 42 grandchildren; 82 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.

Alonzo Galindo

MIDLAND -- Alonzo "Chango" Martinez Galindo, 41, a polo horse trainer and rider, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, at his residence after a lengthy illness.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with the Rev. Jerome Burnet officiating.

Burial will be at Fairview cemetery.

Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.

He was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a longtime resident of Midland.

SURVIVORS: Mother, Rosa Martinez Galindo of Midland; brothers, Calletano M. Galindo and Mario Galindo, both of Midland, Carlos M. Galindo of Thermal, Calif., Hector M. Galindo of West Palm Beach, Fla.; sisters, Marie E. Galindo and Rosa E. Valles, both of Midland, Irene Bustamante and Josie Melendez, both of Odessa.

Felonese Gamble

ODESSA -- Felonese Nesa Gamble, 27, a collection agent for Comm Mobile, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, at Memorial Hospital in Midland.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. James Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. R.T. McNeil officiating.

Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery.

Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.

She was born in Odessa and was a lifelong resident. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Father, Roy Murray of Odessa; Gloria Murray of Odessa; son, Tony Ray Gamble Jr. of Dallas; daughter, Tynesha Vastine Gamble of Dallas; sister, Katina Dell Sneed of Dallas; brother, Gregory R. Murray of Dallas; and grandmother, Bennie Truesdale of Lott.

Floyd Harris

ANDREWS -- Floyd B. Harris, 92, of Andrews, a retired farmer and rancher, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, at Andrews Care Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dan Street officiating.

Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery.

Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

He was born in Midland and lived most of his life in Andrews. He was an Army veteran and Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Lillie Harris of Andrews; and sister, Lois Scott of Andrews.

H.F. Lewis

ODESSA -- H.F. "Dub" Lewis, 78, of Odessa, a self-employed carpenter and contractor, died Wednesday Feb. 4, 1998, at Seabury Nursing Center.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with Lynn Money and the Rev. Jerry Thorpe officiating.

Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

He was born in Desdemona and was a longtime resident of Odessa.

He was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Daughters, Reita Talley of Odessa and Judy Knowles of Port Isabel; brothers, D.D. Lewis and J.L. Lewis Jr., both of Odessa; sister, Geneva Sweatt of Waco; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

William McClain

BLANCHARD, Okla. -- William (Ed) McClain, 91, of New Castle, a retired employee of the New Castle School System, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, in Blanchard, Okla.

Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Stephen Ussery officiating.

Burial will be at Blanchard, Okla., cemetery.

He was born in Roff and moved to Blanchard, Okla., seven years ago.

He was Baptist.

Ida Scott

ODESSA -- Ida Scott, 93, of Odessa, a retired owner and operator of Scott's Mobile Home Park, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, at her residence after a lengthy illness.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors with Don Turskey and Earl Danley officiating.

Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

She was born in Caldwell and moved to Odesssa in 1937.

She was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Son, John R. Scott Jr. of Gorman; daughter, Pearl Collins of Odessa; brother, T.E. Stracener of Morton; sister, Inez Wilson of Temple; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Dean Thomson

DEL RIO -- Dean Lyman Thomson, 86, of Springfield, Mo., a retired foreman in Gulf Oil industry, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 1998, at Val Verde Regional Medical Center in Del Rio.

Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Feb. 2, 1998, at Del Rio Memorial Park cemetery with the Rev. Bill Harris officiating.

Arrangements by Del Rio Funeral Home.

He was born in Springfield, Mo.

SURVIVORS: No survivors listed.

A.J. Woods

FORT STOCKTON -- A.J. Woods, 77, of Van Horn, a retired construction heavy equipment operator, died Thursday, Feb. 5, 1998, in Fort Stockton.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.

He was born in Ritaway and was a lifelong resident of Van Horn.

He was an Army veteran and Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Patricia Woods of Van Horn; step-sons, Gary Lynn Miller of Long Beach, Wash., Rodney W. Hoagland of Fields, Ore.; and step-daughter, Glenda Hoagland of Portland, Ore.

ODESSA -- Nicky Dewain Hahn, 61, of Odessa died Friday, Feb. 6, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
