He was born in Midland and was a longtime resident of Andrews.

MIDLAND -- Rosa (Rosie) Rodriguez, 49, of Midland, an employee of Midland Housing Authority, died Sunday, March 21, 1999, in a Houston hospital.

She was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was a member of Iglesia de Cristo.

She was born in Crowell and lived in Odessa before moving to San Antonio.
