He was born in Arden. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

ODESSA -- Joe Robert Guthrie, 70, of Odessa, a carpenter, died Sunday, Sept. 20, 1998, at his residence.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Griffin Jones officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
He was born in Marshall.

She was born in Thurber. She lived in Grandfalls and Imperial until 1961, when she moved to Monahans. She later moved to Odessa.
