Franklin Wright
ODESSA -- Franklin Delano Wright, 64, an oil field consultant, died Thursday at his residence.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Chapel Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Nick Gates officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Gardens. Funeral arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Mullin and had been a resident of Odessa since 1955.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Eva Wright of Odessa; son, Kenneth Wright of Spring; daughters, Vickie Wright, Freeda Wilson and Michele Wright, all of Midland; brothers, Max Wright of Midland, Clint Wright of Odessa, George Wright and Doyle Wright, both of Goldthwaite and James Wright of Deland, Fla.; sister, Juanita Shields of Mansfield; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Francisco Rios
ODESSA -- Francisco R. Rios, 91, died Thursday, Oct. 8, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Funeral arrangements are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.

Shannon Peel
ANDREWS -- Shannon Michelle Peel, 18, died Friday, Oct. 9, in an auto accident.
Funeral arrangements are pending with McNett Funeral Home.

Donald Brown
ODESSA -- Donald Harry Brown, 54, a mud engineer, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998, at Medical Center Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at Rosehill cemetery. Arrangements are by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Norman, Okla., and had lived in Odessa since 1997. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Jami Brown of Georgetown and Jodi Carnes of Bastrop; and brother, Robert Litz of Odessa.

Searcy Camp
arlington -- Searcy Lee Camp, 87, a retired oil scout, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998.
Graveside services will be held at noon Monday. Burial will at Fort Sam Houston cemetery in San Antonio. Funeral arrangements by Arlington Funeral Home.
He was born in Hempstead and had lived in Arlington since since 1994.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Frances M. Camp of Arlington; daughter, Linda L. O’Donnell of Arlington; sister, Jonnye Harriet; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Andrew Cleveland
ODESSA -- Andrew Matthew Cleveland, a newborn, died Friday, Oct. 9, 1998, at Odessa Regional Hospital.
Services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel with the Rev. Everett Hewitt officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Sonia Franco and Matthew B. Cleveland of Odessa; sister, Christina Franco of Odessa; grandparents, Maria and Arturo Franco and David and Jan Laijas, all of Odessa; grandfather, Joe David Cleveland of Victoria; great-grandparents Elfida and Raymond Franco of Fort Stockton, Carmela Crosthwait of Orman, Fla., and Barbara Daniels of Hobbs, N.M.

Jimmy Stradford
HOBBS -- Jimmy Clyde Stradford, 95, died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998, at Hobbs Health Care Center.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pentecostal Church of God in Christ. Burial will follow at Prairie Haven Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements are by Chapel of Hope Funeral Home.
He was born in Fairfield.
SURVIVORS: Wife, America Stradford of Hobbs, N.M.; daughters, Odessa Moses of Odessa, Doetta Greer of Albuquerque, N.M.; Juanita Wimbish of Hobbs, N.M., and Relene Dixon of Peteluna, Calif.; and son, Marvin Horace of Sacramento, Calif.

Services will be held at 4 p.m. Monday at Andrews Church of Christ with Bob DuPont and Bill Welsh officiating. Burial will follow at the Andrews North cemetery. Funeral arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in San Angelo. She had been a resident of Andrews since 1993. She was a member of Andrews Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Parents, Randall and Darlene Peel of Andrews; brother, Scott Peel of Andrews; grandparents, Kenneth and Sandra Peel of Sterling City; and grandparents, Ralph and Rheadeen Ellison of San Angelo.

Ferrell Mosley
KERMIT -- Ferrell Mosley, 72, of Jal, N.M., a retired gasoline operator, died Friday, July 10, 1998, at University Medical Center in Lubbock.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Kermit cemetery with the Rev. Michael May officiating. Arrangements made by Cooper Funeral Chapel Inc.
He was born in Caddo and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors: Sons, Kenneth Don Mosley, William Ferrell Mosley, Jr. both of Jal, N.M.; daughter, Mona Janine Hagen of Wayzata, Minn.; Charles Ray Mosley of Wink; sisters, Lois Harris of Andrews, Betty Tankersly of Belton, and Carol Watkins of Jal, N.M.; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mildred Wise
MIDLAND -- Mildred Wise, 70, of Midland, died Friday, July 10, 1998, at her residence.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Quarles officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven North cemetery. Arrangements by Ellis Funeral Home.
She was born in Fort Worth and moved to Midland in 1957.
Survivors: son, Kerry Lee Wise of San Angelo; daughters, Brenda Watkins of Midland, Debbie Wise of Odessa and Susan Salinas of Yorktown; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Rose Betts
ODESSA -- Rose Eileen Betts, 65, of Odessa, died Friday, July 10, 1998, at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home with the Rev. Rick Fyffe and the Rev. Terry Wright officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
She was born in Lawrence Co., Ill.
Survivors: Sons, David Betts of Midland and Lenley Betts of Austin; daughter, Beverly Edwards of Odessa; brother, Grover Fyffe of San Marcos, sisters, Elizabeth Stewart of New Iberia, La., and Ruth Maxie of Baldwin, La.; and six grandchildren.

Cecil Pearson
TOW -- Cecil Pearson, 83, of Midland, retired oil field worker, died Friday, July 10, 1998, at Midland Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Tow cemetery with the Rev. Jerald Moore officiating. Arrangements by Waldrope-Hatfield-Hawthorne Funeral Homes, Inc.
He was born in Stephenville and moved to Midland from Tow. He was a Baptist.
Survivors: Wife, Mae Pearson of Midland; daughters, Becky Mills of Coppell, Ceila Ambros of Odessa, Karen Hearne of Mesquite and Beverly Kasparek of Odessa; son, David Pearson of Whitney; sister, Inez Mack of Hemmit, Calif.; 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Albino Carrasco
MCCAMEY -- Albino Carrasco, 84, of McCamey, retired from West Texas Utilities, died Friday, July 10, 1998, at the Crane Memorial Hospital.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Barry McLean officiating. Burial will be at the Crane County cemetery. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Home. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Richard W. Box Funeral Home.
He was born in San Jose and moved to McCamey in 1947. He was Catholic.
Survivors: Wife, Juana Carrasco of McCamey; daughters, Elida Ann Sarabia and Elvira Aly both of Odessa; sisters, Maria Granado, Ramona Barrandey both of McCamey, Manuela Catano of Midland, Lupe Armendarez of Presidio and Manuela Gonzales of Martin; sons, Baltazar Carrasco and of McCamey, Leon Carrasco and Gaspar Carrasco both of Dallas, Jesus Carrasco and David Carasco both of Hart; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
