Mass will be celebrated at noon Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilbert Rodriguez officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rose Hill cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Casa Piedra and had lived in Odessa since 1949 after moving from Marfa. He was Catholic.

Nancy Simpson
ANDREWS -- Nancy Simpson, 58, of Andrews, retired co-owner of Jo’s Coffee Shop, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1998, at University Medical Center in Lubbock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Donnie Noble and Cameron Gavin officiating. Burial will be at Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in Kirkland and moved to Andrews in 1961 from Crane.

POST -- Charles W. Wood, 73, of Snyder, a retired employee of Armco-Union Wire Rope, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 1998, at his residence.

He was born in Post and moved to Snyder in 1997 from Lubbock. He was a Marine Corps veteran of World War II.

BIG SPRING -- Louise Butler, 79, of Odessa, a retired manager for Big Spring Hardware, died Friday, Nov. 13, 1998, at an Odessa hospital.

She was born in Scurry County and was a resident of Big Spring for 55 years before moving to Odessa.
