Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Wylie Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Memorial Park. Arrangements by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home.
She moved to Abilene from Weatherford in 1988. She was a Baptist.
Survivors: son, Rick Daw of Plano; daughter, Vicki Kerr of Abilene; mother, Bertha Montgomery of Abilene; a brother, Raymond Bedford of Odessa; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Edna Satterfield
KERMIT -- Edna L. Satterfield, 82, a retired licensed vocational nurse, died Friday, Aug. 21, 1998, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Cooper Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Gary Seelau officiating. Burial will be in Kermit cemetery.
She was a resident of Kermit for 45 years. She was a Methodist.
Survivors: sons, Jack Satterfield of Phoenix, Ariz., and Tim Satterfield of San Antonio; brother, Wallace Wilson of Wichita Falls; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Amparo Gallego
SARAGOSA -- Amparo Gallego, 70, of Saragosa, a homemaker, died Saturday, April 24, 1999, in Saragosa.
Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will be at Saragosa cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home of Pecos.
She was born in Terlingua and was a lifelong resident of Saragosa. She was Catholic.

BIG SPRING -- Billie Maxine Roper, 70, of Sand Springs, a retired nurse, died Saturday, April 24, 1999, at Lubbock Methodist Hospital after a brief illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Living Water Church of Big Spring with Al Yanke and Lanny Hamby officiating. Burial will be at Coahoma cemetery. Arrangements by Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
She was born in Decatur and had lived in Howard County since 1965.

ANDREWS -- Dayton S. Wester, 85, of Andrews, a retired car salesman, died Saturday, April 24, 1999, in Odessa.

He was born in Pickwick and moved to Andrews in 1953. He was Baptist.
