HOUSTON -- Dorothy (Dottie) J. Ormand, 78, of Houston died Sunday, Sept. 6, 1998, after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Aquas Calientes, Mexico, and was a lifetime resident of Pecos. He was Catholic.
