ALTUS, Okla. — Otis Dee Allen, 98, of Altus, Okla., died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1999, in Altus.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Lowell-Tims Funeral Home Chapel, with the Revs. Jim Jones and Jim Mahan officiating. Burial will follow at Restlawn cemetery. Arrangements by Lowell-Tims Funeral Home of Altus.
He was born in Globe. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Ophia Allen of Altus; son, James Allen of Odessa; daughters, Norma Adair of Wichita Falls and Peggy Adelmann of Smyrna; sister, Orilla Glenn of Altus; 20 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

E.W. Calhoun
MIDLAND — E.W. "Cowboy" Calhoun, 72, of Andrews died Thursday, Oct. 14, 1999, at his residence.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Fairview cemetery with Larry Mobbs officiating. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home of Andrews.
He moved to Andrews in 1972 from Monahans.
SURVIVORS: Sons, Ronald Calhoun of Cypress and Michael Calhoun of Frisco; brother, C.W. "Jack" Calhoun of Goodman, Mo.; sister, Helen Spellman of Crane, Mo.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Carl Claunch
GARLAND — W. Carl Claunch, 57, of Garland died Friday, Oct. 14, 1999, in Garland.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday at Saturn Road Church of Christ with John Scott and Gaylan Claunch officiating. Burial to follow at Garland Memorial Park. Arrangements by Williams Funeral Directors.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Sandy Claunch of Garland; son, W. Carl Calhoun Jr. of Crane; daughters, Stacey Ansley of Grand Prairie, Stephanie Pierson, Sheri Mullins and Shellee Burton, all of Garland; parents, Harvey and Lorene Claunch of Abilene; sister, Shirley North of Big Spring; and 13 grandchildren.

EARLY — Stanley K. McBride, 88, of Early, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, at his home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Heartland Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Swindler officiating. Burial will follow at May cemetery. Arrangements by Heartland Funeral Home.
He was born in May.

ANDREWS — Bertha "Birdie" Price, 86, of Andrews, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1999, at the Andrews Care Center.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Andrews Church of Christ with the Revs. Les McGalliard and John Snider officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. Monday in Littlefield cemetery in Littlefield. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home of Andrews.
She was born in Comanche. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Price of Andrews; daughters, Joann Curry of Pettus, June Little of Pampa and Pernice Durrett of Jasper; stepsons, Curtis Price of Andrews and Lee Price of Bastrop; stepdaughters, Nelda French of Whiteface and Cherry Potter of El Paso; brothers, Hiley Nicholson of Ontario, Ore., and Don Nicholson of Gallup, N.M.; sisters, Florence Morgan and Zola Faye Stewart, both of Seagoville; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

ODESSA — Julia Ben Williams, 77, of Odessa, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.

She was born in Mt. Vernon. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

SNYDER — Lucille Dickey, 85, of Snyder, a homemaker, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.

MIDLAND — Allen Heard, 85, of Ruidoso Downs, N.M., died Thursday, Nov. 11, 1999, in Ruidoso.

He was born in Midland. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.
