She was born in Fort Stockton and was a lifelong resident. She was Catholic.

ODESSA — Gussie Anna Douglas, 88, of Odessa, died Sunday, Oct. 17, 1999, at Medical Center Hospital.

She was born in Minerva.

CLEBURNE — Octaviano "Tano" Ramirez, 41, of Cleburne, a certified auto body technician, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 1999, in Cleburne.

ODESSA — Essie Mae Taylor, 80, of Odessa, an entrepreneur, died Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, at her residence.

She was born in Queen City and moved to Odessa in 1949. She was Baptist.
