ODESSA Robert "Bob" Owensby, 68, of Odessa, a retired truck driver, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1999, at the Veterans Admin-istration Medical Center in Big Spring.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mike Bartlett officiating. Burial will be at Ector County cemetery.

He was born in Breckenridge and moved to Odessa in 1948 from Breckenridge. He was a Navy veteran.
