He was born in Andrews and had been a resident of Big Lake for 12 years. He was a Catholic.

ODESSA - Ronnie Lee Duckworth, 47, a salesman for G.Q. Salmon and Sons and Lone Star Drum, died Saturday, Aug. 23, 1997, in Cloudcroft, N.M.

NEW BRAUNFELS - Robert 'Bob' N. Jackson, 71, owner of Schwab Welding and Machine Shop in New Braunfels, died Tuesday, Aug. 26, 1997.

He was born in Norphlet, Ark. and was a resident of Odessa before moving to New Braunfels 24 years ago. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Odessa and a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
