She was born in Odessa. She was Christian.

FORT STOCKTON — Mildred Smetak, 76, of Fort Stockton, died Monday, Oct. 25, 1999, at Covenant Lakeside.

She was born in Arkadelphia, Ark., and moved to Fort Stockton in 1955. She was Baptist.

ABILENE — Leonard Anderson, 91, of Abilene, a carpenter, died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 1999, in Abilene.

He was born in Deport and moved to Abilene in 1998 from Kermit. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

GRAPEVINE — Daisy Shafer Farmer, 82, of Keller, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, 1999, in Grapevine.

She was born in Denton County and moved to Keller in 1964.

He was born in Charleston, Mo. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was Baptist.
