ODESSA Verlon Amiel Stone, 52, of Odessa died Saturday, February 12, 2000 at Medical Center Hospital.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Services entrusted to Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born July 19, 1947, in Eagle Pass, Texas. He married
Sandi Cannefax on October 15, 1971, in Odessa.
Mr. Stone came to Odessa in 1955. He worked for the E.C.I.S.D. for the past 13 years in the electrical maintenance department. Verlon was an avid fisherman and enjoyed being around family and friends; he was always the life of the party. He was a Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Sandi Stone of Odessa; son, Ryan Stone and wife, Sondra, of Odessa; daughter, Kelvi Kirby and husband, John, of Odessa; brother, Harlon Stone of Dallas; sisters, Peggy Wilkey of Dallas, Oretta Stone of Seymore, Delores Stone of Odessa; grandchildren, Kaeli Brooke Kirby and Kenze Amiel Kirby; and several nieces and nephews.
William Chambers
IRAAN William (Bubba) Douglas Chambers, 23, of Littleton, Colo., formerly of Iraan, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2000, at Pecos County General Hospital. Bubba was a Tower Techni-cian.
He was full of love and laughter, living life to its fullest. He was a blessing, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 15, 2000, at First Baptist Church in Iraan, with the Rev. Harold Durham and the Rev. Dean Gressett officiating with interment to follow at Restland cemetery. All services are under the direction of Richard W. Box Funeral Home of Iraan.
William was born in Big Lake, Texas, on November 13, 1976.
Bubba is survived by his loving: father and stepmother, George and Sheryl Chambers of Ft. Stockton; mother and stepfather, Teresa and Ronald Quast of Buford, Wyo.; stepmother and stepfather, Ginger and Andy Keyes of Rankin; grandparents, James Webb of Blackwell, Clodean Chambers of Las Cruces, N.M.; stepgrandparents, Carl and Doris Williams of Iraan, sisters, Christie and husband, Pat Martinez, of Floresville, Detra and husband Adam Rodriguez of Sterling City; two brothers, James Ray Chamber of Iraan, Cody Wayne Chambers of Rankin; three stepsisters, Dawn Calzada, Deiree Kay, Summer Gressett; two stepbrothers, Randy Chambers and Josh Keyes; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be James Ray Chambers, Cody Cham-bers, Bruce Chambers, Dallas Chambers, James Williams, Ricky Williams, Pat Martinez, Jimmy Quast and Randy Chambers.

She was born in Mannsville, Okla. She was Baptist.

He was born in Marathon.
