She was born in Callahan County and was a resident of Odessa. She was a Baptist.

PECOS - Manuel B. Garcia, 89, a retired construction worker, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 1997, at Pecos Nursing Home.
Rosary was said Tuesday night. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. today at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Antonio Mena officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home in Pecos.
He was born in Shafter and was a lifetime resident of Pecos. He was a Catholic.
