He was born in Brownfield. He was Catholic.

EARLY — Arcie B. Hubbard, 83, of Early, a retired farmer and truck driver, died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2000, at a Brownwood hospital.

He was born in Blake and moved to Early in 1983 from Odessa. He was Baptist.

MERTZON — Riley Barton Low, 71, of Mertzon, owner of Bes-Tex Sales Company, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2000.

He was born in Wilmeth and had lived in Mertzon for 34 years. He was Baptist.
