SNYDER — Berenice Wade Brown, 94, of Snyder, a retired sales clerk, died Thursday, Sept. 14, 2000, at Coqdell Memorial Hospital in Snyder.

She was born in Nacogdoches and moved to Snyder four years ago from Odessa.

MONAHANS — Josefa Polanco Hernandez, 99, of Monahans died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2000, at her residence.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John’s Catholic Church with the Rev. John Lucido officiating. Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. today at St. John’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.
She was born in Fort Stockton. She was Catholic.

She was born in Breckenridge and was longtime resident of Crane. She was Baptist.
