Edward Lee Lewis
ODESSA — Edward Lee Lewis, 67, of Midland went to be with the Lord Thursday, Jan. 4, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital after a lengthy battle with his heart.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Lewis was born May 7, 1933 in Donna, Texas, to Ira & Della Lewis, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Lewis married
Gladys Lewis June 1, 1952 and worked and retired at El Paso Products in Odessa.
Survivors include his wife and best friend, Gladys Lewis of Midland, sons, Eddie Lewis Jr. & wife Julie, Mike Lewis and wife Beth Anne, daughters, Cathy Betzel, Sharon Burns and husband Buddy, sister, Helen Kirkpatrick of Andrews, known and loved as Papa to them were his grandchildren, Adam, Mandy, Amy, Stefanie, Lindsey, Sara, Karissa, Bobby, Tiffany, Dakota & Kaytlynn and great-granddaughter, Makayla. Aunts, Grace Holland and Arlene Pack, uncle, Buck Holland and many nieces and nephews.

MONAHANS — Vera "Dimples" Estes, 92, of Crane, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, in Crane.

ODESSA — Ciria Gamboa, 83, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at her residence.

She was born in Barstow. She was Catholic.

ANDREWS — Lena Bell Randolph, 91, of Andrews, a retired clerk, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at the Andrews Healthcare Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Chapel with the Rev. Dr. H.A. Hanks officiating. Burial will follow at the Andrews Old cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in Palestine and moved to Andrews from Ringling, Okla., in 1950. She was Baptist.

CLAUDE — Lester Leroy Edlin, 89, of Odessa, retired manager for Lone Star Co., died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Shreveport, La., and moved to Odessa from Amarillo in 1951. He was a Navy veteran. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Felix Howell
BRADY — Felix "Gene" Howell, 73, of Brady, a retired oilfield service salesman, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2000, in Brady.

He was born in Albany and moved to Brady from Odessa in 1991. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

FORT STOCKTON — Manuel R. Parada Sr., 77, of Fort Stockton, a retired heavy equipment operator for the Texas Department of Transportation, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2000, in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Fort Stockton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at St. Joseph cemetery. Arrangements by Fort Stockton Funeral Home.
He was born in Sanderson and was a resident of Fort Stockton since 1978. He was Catholic.
