LUBBOCK — Harold D. Norman, 63, of Odessa, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at Covenant Medical Center.

Arrangements are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Jane Ray

ODESSA — Jane H. Ray, 67, of Odessa, a retired insurance agent, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Earnest Easley officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

She was born in Virginia and had been a resident of Odessa for 41 years. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Danny P. Ray of Odessa, Michael D. Ray of Flower Mound and Joe R. Ray of Lewisville; brothers, Noel Holt, Harry Holt and Jay Holt, all of Virginia; sisters, Pearl Blackard, Eunice Young and Norene Buffkin, all of Virginia; and seven grandchildren.

Lita Boyd

CRANE — Lita Lowe Boyd, 89, of Crane, a homemaker, died Saturday, Aug. 19, 2000, at her home.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Richard W. Box Funeral Home Chapel with Ric Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Crane cemetery. Arrangements by Richard W. Box Funeral Home of Crane.

She was born in San Angelo. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Sons, Robert Allen Boyd of Crane and Bill Boyd of Kingsland; sister, Norma Jean Caldwell of San Angelo; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Vera Dugan

OLD GLORY — Vera Elizabeth Dugan, 87, of Old Glory, a homemaker, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at an Aspermont hospital.

Graveside servies will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Old Glory cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Blair officiating. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home of Aspermont.

She was born in Comanche County.

SURVIVORS: Son, Charles Dugan of Odessa; daughter, Elda Bryant of Old Glory; sister, Juadell Davenport of Comanche; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Jesse Hignojoz Jr.

BARSTOW — Jesse Evaro Hignojoz Jr., 41, of Pecos, a laborer, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, at Reeves County Hospital.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel with Matt Williamson officiating. Burial will be at Barstow cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.

He was born in Pecos and remained a lifetime resident. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of the Assembly of God.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Beatrice B. Hignojoz of Pecos; sons, Jayson Hignojoz and Jerrmy Hignojoz, both of Pecos; daughters, Marissa Hignojoz and Nikki Hignojoz, both of Glendale, Ariz., and Jennifer Hignojoz and Breanna Hignojoz, both of Pecos; mother, Pilar E. Garza of Tempe, Ariz.; father, Jesse Hinojos Sr. of Pecos; brothers, Armando Hinojos of Pecoz and Raul Hinojos of Phoenix, Ariz.; and sisters, Cloria Guebra of Pecos, Beatriz Delgado of Rialto, Calif., and Elida Hinojos and Michelle Hinojos, both of Phoenix, Ariz.

L.E. Northcutt

KERMIT — L.E. "Karo" Northcutt, 46, of Wink, an oil rig supervisor, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Beth Harrington officiating. Arrangements by Cooper Funeral Chapel.

He was born in Wink and remained a lifetime resident. He was Methodist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Bobbie Jo Northcutt of Wink; son, Brandon Northcutt of Wink; daughter, Kristy Carrell of Monahans; mother Betty Northcutt of Wink; brothers, Curtiss Northcutt of Andrews, Robert Northcutt of San Angelo, James Northcutt of Odessa, and Kevin North-cutt of Midland; and five grandchildren.

Roland Foster

ODESSA — Roland Foster, 80, of Odessa, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital. Arrangements are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

Francis Morris

ODESSA — Francis Xavier Morris, 71, of Odessa, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2000, at his home. Arrangements are pending with Martinez Funeral Home.

Brawley Beauchamp

PECOS — Brawley Beauchamp, 83, of Pecos, a retired Texas Department of Transportation employee, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, at Medical Center Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Mount Evergreen cemetery with the Rev. Greer Willis officiating. Burial will be at Mount Evergreen cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.

He was born in Pecos and was a lifetime resident. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Deenie Beauchamp of Pecos.

Ray DeFoyd

HOUSTON — Ray O. DeFoyd, 84, a Merchant Marine veteran of World War II, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2000, in Houston.

Graveside services with military honors conducted by Veteran of Foreign Wars District No. 4 Ceremonial Detail were held Tuesday. Arrangements by Aldine Funeral Chapel.

He was born in Frederick, Okla. He retired from the Merchant Marines in 1980.

SURVIVORS: Brother, Charles V. "Tony" DeFoyd of Odessa.

B.D. Litton

POST — B.D. Litton, 73, of Crane, a contract pumper, died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, at his home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Justice-Mason Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Pat Riley officiating. Burial will be at Terrace cemetery. Arrangements by Justice-Mason Funeral Home.

He was born in Converse, La. He lived in Post for 18 years before moving to Crane in 1974.

SURVIVORS: Daughters, Kay Litton of Lubbock and Sue Rolan of Brownfield; brother, Donnie Litton of Mitchell, La.; sister, Dot Flores of Vivian, La.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Gracie Frazier

BRIDGEPORT — Gracie A. Frazier, 70, of Bridgeport died Friday, Aug. 18, 2000, in Bridgeport.

Arthur McCall

PRESIDIO COUNTY — Arthur Thomas "Tommy" McCall, 78, of Presidio, a retired federal government employee, died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2000, at his residence.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at the McCall Ranch cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.

He was born in Ranger and had been a resident of Presidio since 1948. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Herminia McCall of Presidio; sons, Geral McCall of Presidio and Tom McCall of Hereford, Ariz.; one grandson; and one great-granddaughter.

Tomasa Montelongo

MIDLAND — Tomasa Portillo Montelongo, 56, of Midland, a retired employee of Midland Independent School District, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2000, at her residence.

Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Revs. Ray Wilhelm and Jesse Guajardo officiating. Burial will be at Fairview cemetery. Arrangements by Reyes-Garcia Funeral Home.

She was born in Alpine. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Jacinto "Quiti" Montelongo of Midland; son, Jacinto Montelongo Jr. of Midland; daughters, Betty Martinez, Martha M. Ramos, Gloria Montelongo and Antonia "Toni" Montelongo, all of Midland; brother, Lucardio "Lucky" Portillo of Alpine; sisters, Eva S. Portillo of Midland, Mary Ann Dutchover of Las Vegas and Angie Portillo of Odessa; and nine grandchildren.
