He was born in Pecos and had been a lifelong resident of Saragosa. He was Catholic.

ODESSA — Alice H. Palmer, 85, of Odessa, a retired secretary, died Saturday, Oct. 7, 2000, at Avalon Place.

She was born in Oklahoma City and had been a resident of Odessa since 1965.
