She was born in Gorman and moved to Odessa in 1966. She was Baptist.

ODESSA - Otho Robert Powell, 78, of San Angelo, a retired wrecking yard manager, died Monday, April 23, 2001, in San Angelo.

He was born in Franklin and had been a resident of Odessa before moving to San Angelo 16 years ago. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
