He was born in Paducah and moved to Pampa in 1943. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a Baptist.

HENDERSON - Jewell Gracie Prickett, 88, a homemaker, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 1997, at Avalon Nursing Center.

She was born in Coushatta, La., and was a resident of Odessa. She was a Methodist.

ODESSA - Alifonsa Barrera Rodriguez, 50, a food service worker at Cavazos Elementary School, of Odessa died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 1997, in Odessa.

She was born in Pecos and was a resident of Odessa.

He was born in Oklahoma City and moved to Odessa in 1956 from Oklahoma City.

Andres S. Gomez
FORT STOCKTON - Andres S. Gomez, 83, a farmer and rancher, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 1997, in Fort Stockton.

He was born in Lebanon, Mo., and moved to Odessa in 1936 from Kermit. He was a Army veteran of World War II.

KERMIT - Ronny James Nevels, 22, a certified nurse, of Hale Center, died Sunday, Sept. 21, 1997, at University Medical Center in Lubbock.

He was born in Gladewater and had lived in Hale Center for three months after moving from Kermit.
