ELDORADO, Okla. - James E. Clancy, 67, a retired Northern Natural Gas Co. employee, died Monday, June 30 1997, at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City after a brief illness.

He was born in Olustee, Okla., and was a resident of Odessa for 13 years before moving to Olustee. He was a Methodist.
