He was born in May, Texas, and had been a resident of De Leon for 21 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was Christian.

ALPINE - Lou Taylor Reid, 94, of Alpine, a retired teacher, died Saturday, March 17, 2001, at a Fort Stockton nursing home.

She was born in Frisco and was a longtime resident of Alpine. She was Presbyterian.

She was born in Beaver and moved to Midland in 1971.

He was born in Irion County and moved to Midland in 1955. He was a Marine veteran of World War II. He was Methodist.

She was born in Avery. She was Episcopalian.

MIDLAND - Charles Porter Bristol, 92, a retired Shell employee, died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001.

Mr. Bristol was born July 20, 1908, in Altus, Okla. He was a Methodist.
