MONAHANS - Lindell Coble, 71, of Monahans, a retired truck driver, died Thursday, May 17, 2001, at Ward Memorial Hospital in Monahans.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Third and Dwight Church of Christ with Greg Holly officiating. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial cemetery. Arrangements by Harkey Funeral Home.

He was born in Kemp, Okla., and was a resident of Monahans for 50 years. He was an Army veteran. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Opal Coble of Monahans; daughters, Terrye Woodall of Monahans, Marry Ybarra of Plano and Sherry Holcomb of Clayton, N.M.; brother, Bill Coble of Fairfield; sisters, Evelyn Anderson of Denison and Oweda Mabary of Gardengrove; and five grandchildren.

Barbara Dawkins

ANDREWS - Barbara Ann Dawkins, 59, of Hobbs, N.M., a homemaker, died Friday, May 18, 2001, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at McNett Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Barnett officiating. Burial will be at the Andrews North cemetery. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.

She was born in Kermit and moved to Hobbs in 1974 from Andrews. She was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Bill Dawkins of Hobbs; daughter, Ramona Griffith of Abilene; sons, Charles Dawkins and Steven Dawkins, both of Hobbs; sister, Lynda Persilver of Hobbs; brother, John Kaup of Andrews; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

David Jones

ODESSA - David Jones, 43, of Lubbock, an oilfield worker, died Thursday, May 17, 2001, in Lubbock.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Chapel with the Rev. James Bishop officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

He was born in Sweetwater and had been a resident of Odessa before moving to Lubbock.

SURVIVORS: Mother, Gay Morrison of Odessa; brother, Jimmy Jones of Odessa; and sister, Debbie Shifflett of Odessa.

Felicitas Molina

CAMARGO, Mexico - Felicitas V. Molina, 70, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Thursday, May 17, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital.

Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Sunday at Santa Rosalia de Camargo Catholic Church with the Rev. Vicente Galo officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Perches Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Camargo Municipal cemetery. Arrangements by Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.

She was born in Camargo, Mexico. She was Catholic.

SURVIVORS: Husband, Eliseo Molina of Rocky Ford, Colo.; sons, Jose Molina and Ruben Vasquez, both of Odessa, Guadalupe Molina, Arturo Vasquez and Armando Vasquez, all of Camargo, and Enrique Vasquez of Garden City, Kan.; daughters, Armida Vasquez of Camargo and Ramona Vasquez of Garden City; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

ODESSA - Lee Roy Murphy, 70, of Odessa, a retired employee of the Odessa Police Department and Ector County Sheriff’s Office, died Friday, May 18, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Northside Baptist Church with the Revs. Clydell Chapman and Mike Bartlett officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

He was born in Nocona. He was an Air Force veteran. He was Baptist.

SURVIVORS: Wife, Stella Murphy of Odessa; son, Wesley Murphy of Odessa; daughter, Edna Buck of Odessa; mother, Lizzie Murphey of Odessa; brothers, Tommie Murphey and Kenneth Murphy, both of Odessa, and Robert Murphy of San Angelo; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

WEATHERFORD - Lois Wade Reid, 86, of Weatherford, a retired schoolteacher, died Monday, May 14, 2001, in Weatherford.

She was born in Scurry County and had been a longtime resident of Odessa.
