IRAAN - Jesse L. Watkins, 88, of Iraan, a retired gauger for Shell Oil Co., died Tuesday, May 15, 2001, at Pecos County General Hospital in Iraan.

He was born in Barry and was a resident of Iraan for over 50 years. He was Baptist.
