Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Braswell officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Downsville, La. He was Baptist.

STANTON - Lucile K. Laws, 85, of Stanton, a homemaker, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001, at a Stanton Care Center in Stanton.

She was born in Nelson, Okla., and moved to Stanton from Andrews a year ago. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

LEVELLAND - Melva Mae Riddle, 80, of Lubbock, a retired licensed vocational nurse, died Thursday, Feb. 22, 2001, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Head Family Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Jantzen officiating. Burial will be at the City of Levelland cemetery. Arrangements by Head Family Funeral Home.
She was born in Dillard, Okla., and had been a resident of Odessa.

He was born in Erath County and moved to Paragould from Odessa in 1995. He was Baptist.

She was born in Fairview and was a resident of Anson for 30 years before moving to Odessa. She was Catholic.

AMARILLO - Emmitt L. "Curley" Owens, 74, of Amarillo, retired owner and operator of several service stations in Amarillo, died Saturday, Dec. 30, 2000, in Amarillo.

He was born in Wellington and moved to Amarillo in 1963 from Hobbs, N.M. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
