He was born in Big Spring. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He was born in Laredo and moved to Midland in 1985 from Cotulla.

McCAMEY - Ben Edward Muschalek Jr., 70, of McCamey, a retired employee of the Texas Highway Department in McCamey and Odessa, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital.

He was born in Kenedy and was a resident of McCamey since 1937. He was Catholic.

BIG SPRING - Julian Olguin, 85, of Big Spring, a retired painter for the Big Spring Independent School District, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center in Big Spring.

He was born in Fort Davis and was a resident of Big Spring for 65 years. He was a Jehovah’s Witness.
