He was born in Scurry County. He was Baptist.

FORT STOCKTON John Dustin Dusty Dulaney, 22, of Fort Stockton, owner and operator of D&W Windmill and Water Well Service, died Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2001, in Fort Stockton.

He was born in Rocksprings and had been a resident of Odessa and Gardendale before moving to Utopia in 1985.
