Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Rex Clayton officiating. Burial will be at the Monahans cemetery. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born on Little Frog Creek near Winslow, Ark., was a resident of Odessa, and a Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Edgar B. Mann of Farmington, N.M.; daughter, Winifred Suckling of Odessa; brother, Raymond Mann of Lovington, N.M.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

PECOS - Hector Mendoza, 33, a self-employed laborer, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1998, in Lubbock.
Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Martinez Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Monday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home of Pecos.
He was a resident of Lubbock. He was a Catholic.

Louise Standefer
STANTON - Louise Harper Standefer, 94, died Friday, Jan. 2, 1998, at Country Meadows Elder Care in Stanton.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland. Arrangements by Gilbreath Funeral Home.
She moved to Stanton in 1951. She was a Methodist.

BIG SPRING - Manuel Odis Wise, 85, died Friday, Jan. 2, 1998, at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was a resident of Odessa, a World War II veteran and a Baptist.

PECOS - Leticia Rodriguez, 41, of El Paso, an employee of the Texas Department of Human Resources, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1998, at Providence Memorial Hospital in El Paso.

She was born in Pecos and was a resident of El Paso for 15 years. She was a member of Abundant Life Faith Center.

He was born in Blanco County, Okla., and was a resident of Midland.
