ODESSA — Tresia Kathleen Thomason, 57, of Odessa passed away Monday, July 16, 2001, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born Dec. 3, 1943, in Russell, Kan. She married
Wesley James Thomason Aug. 21, 1963, in Odessa.
Mrs. Thomason moved to Odessa in 1951 from Russell, Kan. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She is survived by her husband, Wesley James Thomason of Odessa; son, Mark Wayne Thomason and wife Tanya of Odessa; daughter, Kathleen Denice Thomason Morrell and husband Eric of Odessa; brothers, Steven Dale Phillips and Denis Lee Meeks, both of Odessa; sister, Benita Hollbrook of Burnet; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2001, at Westover Baptist Church with the Rev. Terry Wright officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Robert V. Bernard
ODESSA — Robert V. Bernard, 51, passed away Friday, July 13, 2001, at his residence in Odessa.
Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2001, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with the Rev. Frank Chavez officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Chapel.
Survivors include his wife, Elvira Bernard; daughter, Michelle Rodriguez; mother, Baudela Sanchez; grandmother, Irene Salmon; brothers, Raymond Bernard Jr., Eddy Bernard and Billy Bernard; and five grandchildren.

Susie Moorhead
ODESSA — Susie Moorhead, 77 years of age, passed away Monday, June 25, 2001, at Home Hospice House in Odessa.
She was born March 13, 1924, in Stamford to Charles and Ruby McLyea. She married
Floyd M. Moorhead on Sept. 3, 1973, in Big Spring. She was a housewife and Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd M. Moorhead; parents, Charles and Ruby McLyea; and a grandson, Clifford Allen Lair.
She is survived by her son, Jimmy Clifford Lair and wife Vera of Odessa; and a grandson, Brian Lair of Odessa.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2001, at Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ramond Bugg officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Odessa Funeral Home.
