HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Ruth Saloga McDaniel, 92, of Garden City, Kan., a retired cook, died Tuesday, July 24, 2001, at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City.

She was born in Middleton, Ohio, and was a resident of Garden City since 1993. She was Methodist.
