She was born in Prattsville, Ark., and had lived in Odessa for four years. She was Baptist.

ANDREWS - Maurine Galloway, 82, of Irving, former owner of Galloway's Supermarket in Andrews, died Tuesday, Jan. 7, 1998, at Baylor-Irving Healthcare in Irving.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Andrews Old cemetery with the Rev. Jim Terry officiating. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home.
She was born in Erath County and lived in Andrews from 1940 until 1996. She was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Son, Sam Galloway of Irving; sister, Nina Copeland of Chandler; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

LOCKHART - Patricia S. Gwyn, 70, of Midland, a retired administrative assistant, died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1997, at Medical Center Hospital after a lengthy illness.
Private services and burial will be at a later date in Lockhart. Arrangements by Myers and Smith Funeral in Big Spring.
She was born in Lockhart. She lived in Midland for two years after moving from Odessa. She was Episcopalian.

FORT STOCKTON - L.A. 'Larry' Sherrill Jr., 58, of Fort Stockton, a performance evaluator for Firestone, died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 1998, in Fort Stockton.

He was born in Pecos and had lived in Fort Stockton since 1974. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He was born in Oklahoma and had been a resident of Kermit for 47 years. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
