KINGSLAND - Raymond N. “Neill” Johnson Jr., 73, of Marble Falls, co-owner of Brakes & Wheels in Odessa for six years, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001, in Austin.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Highland Lakes United Methodist Church with the Rev. L.C. Johnston officiating. Arrangements by Edgar Funeral Home in Marble Falls.
He was born in Hot Springs, Ark. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Nancy Johnson of Marble Falls; sons, R. Neill Johnson III of Odessa, Clark Johnson of Fort Worth, and Marvin Shurley and Mason Shurley, both of Sonora; daughter, Derry Summer of Kingwood; brothers, Monte Johnson of Llano, Joe Johnson of Longview, and Jack Johnson of Palmer Lake, Colo.; and nine grandchildren.

ODESSA - Paul W. Johnston, 78, of Odessa, a retired plumber, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001, at Hospice House.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Jim Ray Brown officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
He was born in Brazos and was an Odessa resident since 1950.

ODESSA - Mary Sue Wisdom Neas, 93, of Odessa died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2001, at her residence.

He was born in Del Rio and had been a resident of Odessa.

He was born in New Madrid, Mo., and was a resident of Fort Stockton since 1944.

Josefa Equinones
DALLAS - Josefa Equinones, 88, formerly of Odessa, passed away Friday, Nov. 30, 2001, in Dallas. She was born April 12, 1913, in Candelaria. She had been a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Odessa.
Her husband, Guillermo Equinones, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Joe Equinones (Beatrice) of Dallas and Joel Equinones of San Jose, Calif.; three daughters, Crus Jaeckle (Henry) and Lupe Perkins (Earl), both of Dallas, and Eloisa Rosales of Arlington; nine grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2001, at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas with the Rev. Gilbert Graham of St. Jude Chapel officiating at the rosary and graveside service.
