He was born in Eureka, Kan., and moved to Odessa in 1980. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

TYLER — Alice Belle Downing Wilson, 88, of Arlington, a retired sixth-grade teacher in Odessa, died Saturday, March 2, 2002, in Arlington.
