She was born in Caddo, Okla., and moved to Odessa in 1946.

PLAINVIEW — Esther Hill, 82, of Odessa, a retired department store clerk, died Thursday, March 14, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.

She was born in Lockney and moved to Odessa in 1996 from Plainview.

PECOS — Thelma Neeley, 86, of Carlsbad, N.M., a homemaker, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

She was born in Rotan and was a resident of Pecos for 25 years before moving to Carlsbad in 1974.

He was born in Pecos and was a lifelong resident. He was Catholic.
