ODESSA - Alejandro Gavaldon, 39, died Tuesday, Oct. 28, 1997, at his residence.

He was born in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a resident of Odessa. ODESSA - V.L. Stevens, 75, a retired oil field mechanic, died Monday, Oct. 27, 1997, at his residence.
No services will be held. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. He was born in Knoxville, Tenn., and was a resident of Odessa. He was an Army veteran.

He was born Aug. 9, 1997, in Odessa.

She was born in Whitney and was a longtime resident of Monahans. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

SEMINOLE - C.L. Billingsley, 85, a farmer, of Seminole died Thursday, Oct. 30, 1997, at Memorial Hospital in Seminole after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Sparenburg and moved to Seminole from Plains in 1968. He was a member of Westside Church of Christ.

She was born in Coleman and moved to Iraan in 1954. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Mildred Parker Garden Club.

He was born in Snyder, and had been a resident of Midland for 18 months after moving from Wickett.
