Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

ODESSA — Eugenio Salcido Ramos, 77, of Odessa died Friday, May 3, 2002, at his residence.
Services are pending with Odessa Funeral Home Angeles Memorial Chapel.

Manuel Brito
ODESSA — Manuel Brito, 75, of Odessa, a retired employee of Blakely Construction Co., died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2001, at Seabury Nursing Home.
Mass will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. Gilberto Rodriguez officiating. Burial will be at Ector County cemetery. Arrangements by Martinez Funeral Home.
He was born in Loma Pelona.
SURVIVORS: Six nephews and four nieces.

PECOS — Santiago Vasquez Garcia, 88, of Pecos, a retired laborer, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, at Reeves County Hospital in Pecos.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church with the Rev. Ben Florez officiating. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. today at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Greenwood cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
He was born in Balmorhea and was a lifelong resident of Pecos. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Ramona Garcia of Pecos; sons, Ricky Garcia, Mike Garcia and Joe Garcia, all of Pecos; daughters, Maria Fuentez and Josefine Garcia, both of Pecos, Janet Garcia of Perris, Calif., Amelia Garcia of Minnesota, Irene Garcia of Lubbock and Lorina Garcia of Madera, Calif.; 36 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Estefana Gonzalez
FORT STOCKTON — Estefana B. Gonzalez, 69, of Hearne, a homemaker, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001, in Hearne.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the Rev. David Herrera officiating. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. today at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Fort Stockton Catholic cemetery. Arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Ballinger.

Gonzalez of Laredo; daughter, Rosemarie Ybarra of Bryan-College Station; brothers, Elpidio Barrera of McCamey and Ydilio Barrera of Odessa; sisters, Estulia Falcon of Odessa and Alvesa Parra of San Diego; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was born in Illinois and had been a resident of Odessa.
SURVIVORS: Son, Robert Summerville of Odessa; daughter, Susan Yonker of North Richland Hills; and five grandchildren.

ODESSA — Betty J. Starr, 79, of Odessa, a retired sales clerk, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, at Hospice House of Odessa.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. William Chapman officiating. Arrangements by Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
She was born in Haskell and was a lifelong resident of Odessa. She was Baptist.

ODESSA — A.J. Talley, 61, of Odessa, a lieutenant for Burns Security at Huntsman Corp., died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001, at his residence.

He was born in Elk City, Okla., and was a lifelong resident of Odessa. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Reita Talley of Odessa; sons, Albert Talley of Palestine and Donny Kyker of Odessa; daughters, Cindy Cox and Carolyn Rogers, both of Odessa; brother, Roger Talley of North Richland Hills; half brother, Bobby Loeffler of Seminole; half sisters, Violet Lyons and Betty Roach, both of Hobbs, N.M.; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

She was born in General Teran, Mexico, and moved to Penitas in 1999 from Andrews. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
SURVIVORS: Daughters, Noemi Davila of Andrews, Olga Mauricio of Odessa, Gilma Garcia of Penitas and Hilda Martinez of Sacramento, Calif.; sons, Elias Trevino and Misael Trevino, both of Andrews; sisters, Florinda Trevino of McAllen and Cruz Olivo of Harlingen; 31 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.

FLETCHER, Ohio — Nona I. Wierwille, 74, of Andrews, retired owner and operator of N-W Auto Supply in Seguin, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2001, at her residence.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Suber Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Forrest Hill cemetery in Piqua, Ohio. Arrangements by McNett Funeral Home and Suber Funeral Home.
She was born in Piqua and moved to Andrews in 1995 from Seguin. She was Methodist.
SURVIVORS: Husband, Norbert Wierwille of Andrews; daughter, Janet Henninon of Albuquerque, N.M.; son, Robert Wierwille of Longmont, Colo.; sisters, Nancy Headley of Piqua and Margie Tullos of Marshall; and three grandchildren.

HOBBS, N.M. - John Baerg, 94, of Hobbs, N.M., retired chief executive officer of Bank of America and Sandia Savings and Loan and Fidelity Savings and Loan in Hobbs, died Friday, March 22, 2002, at Valley Lutheran Heart Hospital in Mesa, Ariz.

He was born in Hillsboro, Kan. He was Methodist.
