ODESSA — Bobby Gene Trimble, 58, of Odessa died Thursday, July 11, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.
Services are pending with Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Joe Lara
PECOS — Joe Ray Lara, 35, of Pecos, a welder for Freddy Erectors Inc., died Tuesday, July 9, 2002, in Glendale, Ariz.
Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at Santa Rosa Catholic Church. Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Pecos Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Mount Evergreen cemetery. Arrangements by Pecos Funeral Home.
He was born in Pecos and was a lifelong resident. He was Catholic.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Desiree Ybarra Lara of Pecos; mother, Juanita Montes of Odessa; and brothers, Jesus N. Lara of Glendale, Javier N. Lara of Kermit and Michael James Lara of Fort Worth.

Bobby Trimble
ODESSA — Bobby Gene Trimble, 58, of Odessa, a superintendent for Jones Brothers Dirt and Paving Co., died Thursday, July 11, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jamie Butts officiating. Arrangements by Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
He was born in Odessa and was a lifelong resident. He was Baptist.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Della Trimble of Odessa; daughters, Julie Ann Glisson of Cookeville, Tenn., and Angela Jean Trimble of Dallas; and brother, Ronnie Ray Trimble of England.

Marvin Wilkins
ODESSA — Marvin Schuenemann Wilkins, 93, of Odessa, a retired musician and music teacher, died Friday, July 12, 2002, at Parks Methodist Retirement Village.
No services are scheduled. Arrangements by Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
He was born in Oak Park, Ill.
SURVIVORS: Wife, Olga Anna Zimmerman Wilkins of Odessa; sons, David Wilkins of Laurinburg, N.C., and Marvin Wilkins of Odessa; daughter, Gail Wilkins Johnston of Venice, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

ROSWELL, N.M. — Virginia Gray, 102, of Roswell, N.M., died Friday, July 12, 2002, in Roswell, N.M.
Services are pending with Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

Ann Seay
BEDFORD — Ann Seay, 86, of Andrews died Friday, July 12, 2002, in Bedford.
Services are pending with McNett Funeral Home.

Johnny Cunningham
ODESSA — Johnny Cunningham, age 80, of Odessa died Tuesday, July 23, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. He was born Sept. 20, 1921, in De Kalb to Hugh Atkins and Gertrude Cunningham.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 25, 2002, at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Griffin Jones and the Rev. Jack Watkins officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Cunningham married Bessie Clark on June 24, 1939, in Texarkana, Ark. They moved to Odessa in 1950. He was employed as a tool pusher for over 25 years. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by son, Benny Hugh Cunningham; brothers, Jack Cunningham, Buster Cunningham and Billy Cunningham; and sisters, Mary Provins and Grace Randolph.
He is survived by his wife, Bessie Cunningham of Odessa; son, Tom Cunningham and wife Peg of Westminster, Colo.; daughter, Paula McMillian and husband Cliff of Odessa; grandsons, John Cunningham and wife Devin of Lafayette, Colo., and Charlie McMillian and fiancee Shenna Richards of College Station; granddaughters, Julie Cunningham of Littleton, Colo., and Candi Leverett and husband Jason of Odessa; and great-grandchildren, Sean, Derek and Chloe Cunningham, Ryen Mudadi and Cason Leverett.
Services entrusted to Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.

Arnulfo Trejo Juarez Jr.
ODESSA — Arnulfo Trejo Juarez Jr., age 31, of Odessa died Sunday, July 21, 2002, at his residence. He was born Oct. 11, 1970, in Odessa to Arnulfo and Viola Juarez.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, July 24, 2002, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church with the Rev. Pablo Tiong officiating. Interment will be at Ector County cemetery.
Mr. Juarez was a 2002 honors graduate of Odessa College. He was the manager of Juarez Trucking.
He is survived by his wife, Rosella Juarez of Odessa; sons, Arnulfo Juarez III of Odessa and Sage Allen Juarez of San Antonio; parents, Viola Juarez of Odessa and Arnulfo and Luz Maria Juarez of Odessa; sisters, Frances Rodriguez and husband Jesse, Alma Juarez and Angela Juarez, all of Odessa; brothers, Jamie Juarez and wife Oliva, Jason Perez and wife Cindie, Anthony Juarez, Adrian Juarez and Andres Juarez, all of Odessa; grandparents, Ramon and Amparo Lopez and Nicholas and Santos Ortiz, all of Odessa; nieces, Jesalyn Rodriguez, Jordan Juarez, Alexis Juarez and Jaden Perez, all of Odessa; and a nephew, Isaiah Juarez of Odessa.
Pallbearers will be Ivan Davila, Jose Luis Urias, Jack Howell, Steven Sanchez, Henry Nabarrette and Mario Rodriguez Jr.

Jeremy North
ODESSA — Jacob Jeremy North, 10, passed away Monday, July 22, 2002, at his residence. He was born Jan. 6, 1992, in Odessa to Jimmy Brewer and Latonnie North. He was a student at Austin Elementary.
He is survived by his parents, Jimmy Brewer and Latonnie North, both of Odessa; brother, Shane Anthony North of Kerrville; sister, Miranda Marie English of Odessa; grandmother, Connie English of Odessa; grandpa, Jerry Gill of Austin; uncles, Jerry J. Gill and Russell A. Merritt, both of Odessa; great-grandmother, Loutta Hill of Odessa; aunt, Jacqueline K. Delawd of Dallas; and godmother, Mendy Goodson of Odessa.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 25, 2002, at Odessa cemetery with the Rev. Peter Clark officiating.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Anderson, Ricky Oats, Steven Drgac, James Robertson, Billy Walker and Larry Brewer.
An account has been set up with Wells Fargo, 4101 John Ben Shepperd Parkway Blvd., Account No. 1000351922, for Jacob North, grandson of Connie English.

Patricia Ann Lane
ODESSA — Patricia Ann Lane, 62, of Odessa passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital. She was born on May 21, 1940, in Houston to Waldron Bruce Childers and Leona Foreman Childers. She married Kenneth R. Lane April 17, 1959, in Odessa. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Stephen Wayne Sorrells.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth R. Lane of Odessa; sons, Jeff Lane and wife Tonya of Odessa and Kenny Lane and wife Diane of Midland; daughters, Vickie Rose and husband Billie and Rhonda Lane, all of San Antonio, and Wendy Alexander and husband Robert of New Orleans, La.; twin sister, Sandra Stovall and husband V.A. of Victoria; sisters, Dolores Jean Beverly and Theda Rogers, both of Lake Worth, Fla.; brothers, Shelby Lee Childers of Lake Worth, Fla., James Eugene Childers of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Phillip W. Childers of Houston; grandchildren, Zachery Tullous, R.J. Morris, Robert and Chaz Chesney, Jimmy and Michael Sorrells, Kenny Lane Jr., Kyra and Gage Harris, Crystal, Ryan and Timmy Lane; niece, Leah Spikes and husband Beau of Houston; and three great-grandchildren.
Public visitation will start at 8 a.m. Thursday, July 25, 2002, at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2002, at Sunset Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Don Caywood officiating under the direction of Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Creech, Bob Snelson, Billie Rose Jr., Jared Harris, Johnny Lane and Jim Sparr.

Grace Helen Roach
ODESSA — Grace Helen Roach, 72, of Odessa, a homemaker, died Friday, July 19, 2002, at Medical Center Hospital.
Grace Helen Roach was born Sept. 5, 1929, in Milam County to Tom and Mary Burditt. She was the seventh child of eight siblings. She moved to Odessa in 1940, where she remained until her death. She was united in marriage to V.B. Roach on Aug. 25, 1959. He preceded her in death April 23, 1988. She professed a faith in Christ at an early age. She united with the Greater St. John Baptist Church under the pastorate of the Rev. L.H. Hall. Later she became one of the founding members of St. Matthew Baptist Church, which was organized in 1961 with the Rev. Rufus McClain. She worked diligently with the women’s mission and the choir. She was known affectionately throughout the community and the church as “Aunt Grace.”
Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at Martinez Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 25, 2002, at St. Matthew Baptist Church with the Rev. Henry Lovelady officiating. Burial will be at Ector County cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Burditt, and her mother, Mary Banks.
She is survived by a brother, L.C. Burditt of Odessa; a cousin, A.D. Perry of Peoria, Ill.; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Audra Burke
HOLLIDAY — Audra “Jane” Burke, 88, of Colorado City, a homemaker, died Wednesday, May 29, 2002, in Colorado City.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at the Holliday cemetery. Arrangements by Owens and Brumley Funeral Home.
She was born in Texas and had been a resident of Odessa. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Barbara Ann Burge of Odessa; sister, Bonnie Russell of Dallas; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
