WAXAHACHIE – Graveside services for R. Henry Price, 98 of Waxahachie, were held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 22, 2001 at Hillcrest Burial Park.
Born on Nov. 14, 1902 in Odessa, the son of Frank and Grace (Chalker) Price, he passed away Jan. 19, 2001 in Waxahachie.
He is survived by his wife Irene Price; two daughters Patsy Dale Roe of Lewisville and Betty Jane Anderson of Lubbock; two sons-in-law; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters Dottie Turk of Midland and Ted Ellis of Andrews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Waxahachie.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Wayne Boze Funeral Home in Waxahachie.
Kenneth Ray Shue

RED OAK – Funeral services for Kenneth Ray Shue, 63 of Red Oak, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001 in the Red Oak Funeral Home Chapel.
Born on Aug. 24, 1937 in Alma, the son of Virgil and Hazel Vessell Shue, he passed away Jan. 15, 2001 in Lancaster.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Shue of Red Oak; daughters Terry Sheftner of Austin and Marie Gunnells of Rowlett; brothers Derwin Shue of Ennis, Don Shue of Lancaster, Lawrence Shue of Red Oak and David Shue of Red Oak; sister Diane Dickerson of Red Oak; grandchildren Justin Smith, Kelly McKeev and Garret Gunnells; step-mother Edith Shue of Red Oak and mother Hazel Marriott of Missouri.
Interment followed in the Red Oak Cemetery under the direction of Red Oak Funeral Home, Berdon Byrum.
Oscar J. Wilson

PALMER – Funeral services for Oscar J. Wilson, 79 of Palmer, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2001 at Laurel Land Chapel with Rev. Larry Rolison officiating.
Born on Dec. 20, 1921 in Annison, the son of Ernest A. and Betty Wheat Wilson, he passed away Jan. 19, 2001.
Proceeded in death by brothers and sisters JC Wilson, Melburn Wilson, Wallace Wilson, Gene Wilson, Herman Wilson, Sissy Saunders and Ludy Lane; he is survived by his wife of 59 years Dessie Oakley Wilson; seven children and spouses including Johnny Wilson and Betty, Ernest Wilson and Phyllis, Joe Wilson and Rosemary, Betty Skinner and Jim, Larry Wilson, Michael Wilson and Mary, and Sandra Hartsell and Quinn; 17 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three brothers Douglas Wilson, Hal Wilson and Melvin Wilson; and three sisters Fannie Bell Reynolds, Patsy Ruth Robinson and Georgia Boatright.
Pallbearers were Billy White, Chad Wilson, Bubba Wilson, Jason White, Tommy Dulworth and James Chandler.
Interment followed in the Laurel Land Cemetery.
Elizabeth Autry Conner

WAXAHACHIE – Funeral services for Elizabeth Autry Conner were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, 2001 at the First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Mark Green, Rev. L.W. Dollar, Rev. Earl Teeter and Rev. Larry Coulter officiating.
Born on May 18, 1918 in San Antonio, the daughter of Walter and Annie Autry, she passed away Jan. 25, 2001 in Fort Worth.
She is survived by son Arlan Conner; daughter Carole Conner Poynter; seven grandchildren Brian Kirk Paschall, Kimberly Conner Coulter, Kipling Wade Paschall, Christy Conner Slade, Kreyton Conner Paschall, Keaton Arian Conner and Tressa Elizabeth Poynter; four brothers Robert Autry, Van Autry, Sidney Autry and Walter T. Autry; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Interment followed in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
William Reeder Donelson

RED OAK – Graveside services for William Reeder Donelson, 74 of Red Oak, were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001 in the Ferris Memorial Park North.
Born on Dec. 12, 1926 in Clear Lake, the son of Johnny and Ira Ishman Donelson, he passed away Jan. 27, 2001 at Renfro Nursing Home in Waxahachie.
Preceded in death by his parents and son Clarence W. Donelson; he is survived by daughters Judy Kay Robertson of Waxahachie, Martha J. Donelson of Hemet, Calif. And Loretta Ann Smith of Palmer; sons William Ray Donelson of Surry and Tommy Glen Donelson of Red Oak; half brother James Donelson of Seagoville; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Green Funeral Home in Ferris.
Dorothy Brickell Eastman

Born Dec. 26, 1915 in Waxahachie, the daughter of William S. and Martha Goldie Meharg Brickell, she passed away Sunday, Jan. 21, 2001 at Baylor Medical Center in Waxahachie.
Preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Frances Howard and Helen Taylor; she is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law, Betty Eastman of Los Colinas and Martha Hayes and husband Bob of Waxahachie; grandchildren Kim Childress of Plano and Kaycee Regaldo of Waxahachie; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters Wilda Moir of Waxahachie and Mary Sue Vandyke of Bolder, Colo; one sister-in-law Marie Spain and one brother-in-law Cline Howard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
Arrangements were under the direction of Boze-Mitchell Funeral Home.
Bonnie Lee Ellis

Preceded in death by her husband Lloyd; she is survived by her sons Robert Ellis of Red Oak and James Lloyd Ellis of Garland; daughters Betty Stennett of Red Oak and Billie Spires of Red Oak; brothers Floyd St. John of Bowie and A. J. St. John of Bowie; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
